The Chandler Family...

 The above shot is how the pose started, but the below shot is how it ended up.. I am going to have to say "NO COMMENT",  on the fathers pose.. I just cant seem to find the right words to describe it, maybe something with his past before he became a respected member of his community.. I don't know.. lol

Meet the Chandler family of Africa and St George, UT. I grew up with the mom and to be honest with you, she has always looked this young and this HOT.. yes I said this HOT..
I love to photograph this family, this is the 2nd time we've done a family session with them, and wow how they have all grown up in 2 years, but the love you can sense when they are together is priceless. They make each other laugh, they have a ton on inside jokes (I'm assuming or maybe they were laughing at me.. lol).. The Dad is crazy, the mom beautiful so with that combination you have crazy, beautiful kids. lol.. They find humor in everything and love to be around each other, exactly what a family should be like..
Ofa thanks for allowing me to capture you family at this stage in their lives, what an honor..

Ayana Solovi... Class of 2013... Kearns High School

Introducing Ayana Solovi.. Class of 2013, Kearns High School.. Ayana is an all american type of girl, she is pretty, plays sports (very well I might add) plus she's pretty kick back and just likes to hang out.. After high school she is not sure what she wants to do, but she knows college is in there somewhere. Right now she wants to enjoy Senior Year at Kearns High School... 
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, I see big things in your future..

Meet the Nau family...

First of all let me tell you how enjoyable it was to shoot this family.. (did I just say enjoyable.. WOW..) These have to be some of the most well behaved kids I have seen in a long time, I kid you not I cant stop thinking about how fast this photo session went, its all in the kids. The older ones were so helpful with the little ones and the little ones were willing and ready to have their pictures taken.. To the parents.. I am in awe, of your parenting skills, I think I would like to sign up for your next parenting class, whatever your doing and however your executing it I WANT TO KNOW.. At the end of our shoot the kids were all saying "Mom can we get some yogurt now." YOGURT are you kidding me is that all it takes.. haha..

Meet the Lapuaho family

I cant tell you guys how much fun I had with this family.. I grew up with the father (yes i warned the wife about him.. lol) but you know as the story goes once you become an adult, life takes over.. I'm grateful his wife (the boss) contacted me about family photos, and I can NOT believe its been a long time since this family had taken family photos..

I hope you love em as much as I do.. Sam you have a beautiful family, take lots of photos because before you know it they are off in their own families..

P.S. The next time you walk off a photo shoot and tell me and your wife your done and that's enough pictures, your good, you wont get the NICE side of me.. haha haha.. Still the same old Sam..

Marcus Teller... Woodscross High School.. Class of 2013

Marcus is an all american type of guy, he loves to hang out with his little sidekick sister Mariah you should see them together.  He also is a great athlete he plays football and basketball and is a great player for both. ( I know he use to play with my boys), he loves all and any HOME COOKED meals and is planning on doing something in the medical field, he received a scholarship and will be attending DSU in the fall.

                 I am so  very proud of the young man you have become, hard working, caring and very motivated, as a young boy I watched you play football and dream about playing collge one day, as a teen I watched you work hard, train and focus in school never loosing sight of your goal now here you are, keep working hard with all things in your life and remember this is just a stepping stone to where you want to be in life, a successful strong man, a caring father and a great husband. I know you will accomplish all of those things with your hard work ethic, I'm so excited to see what your future bring..

I'm back...

Hello... Hello.. Hello...
I know I've been missing for awhile, in fact I have been told by several people that I really need to update my blog, or they want to know if I've stop taking photos? Hmmm.. I guess the answer is NO I haven't but then YES I have. Does that make sense. NO. Well what else is new. lol.
I have been having computer issues I've bought two in between what really needs to be bought (IE. kids stuff like track shoes, rugby shoes, school shoes, running shoes and church shoes) So the buying of a computer as you can tell was NOT on the top of my list. Long story short, I FINALLY OWN A COMPUTER, and will begin to update and WOW you.. Hahaha.. Yes I said WOW, heard it today at my sons soccer game, so its been the new word of the day.. lol..

 Introducing the beautiful Bride.. Emma, when photos were taken she was a Filiaga, but now that they are posted she is.. Emma Filiaga Naeata..
Emma was a trooper for the photo shoot, she climbed, faced the wind in her eyes, sat on bugs, walked through bird poop (yes I said poop.. lol) faced her mom, sister, aunt and photographer telling her to smile through it all, she is truly a photographers dream.
Emma met her groom through friends and  from his brother, thank goodness they met, what a beautiful couple. I can tell how much she loves him, when I asked about him and how they met, she would smile and get all shy.. Emma congratulations on your wedding, may you always smile, and get shy when someone asks you about your husband, and may he realize what a lucky man he is..

 If everyone could see what we went through for this picture (above).. They would all laugh, seeing a bride on a boulder and the photographer on the next boulder (in slippers).. But the photo is well worth the life defying stunts.. lol..

 For some reason the more I look at this photo (above) the more it becomes my FAVORITE.. You look beautiful Emma..
